Is Israel expelling British officials?

According to the newspaper, the Israeli government has in recent weeks considered removing the United Kingdom from the center, and Jerusalem could take similar measures against officials from other European countries.

Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar announced yesterday that Dutch representatives would be expelled from the center following a series of what he described as “anti-Israel measures” taken by the Netherlands.

British Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband called the plan “unacceptable and destructive” and said his office was preparing a “comprehensive set of measures” in response, including sanctions against those involved in what he described as “illegal settlement expansion.”
