Vučić: “Three million euros for a new school in Deževa”

“We need to build a completely new school in Deževa. That would cost around three million euros. First, let’s finish the Clinical Center in Novi Pazar, and at the same time, we’ll start work on the school in Deževa,” Vučić said.

Vučić was particularly pleased to hear that last year in Deževa, there were more baptisms than funerals.

“When we build a completely new school, do you realize what three million euros means for a small school in Deževa? There will be room for all the children, and then we’ll happily build a kindergarten as well,” he stressed.

Vučić begins visit to Raška District, visits the Bugarić family

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić began his visit to the Raška District today by visiting the Bugarić family in the village of Polazi, Vranovina, near Novi Pazar.

Vučić was accompanied by ministers Dragan Glamočić and Adriana Mesarović, as well as Miroslav Alempić, Assistant Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure.

Local residents also welcomed Vučić outside the Bugarić family home. The Bugarić household has nine members and is engaged in livestock farming and agriculture.

They work 10 hectares of land, half of which they own and half of which they lease.

The village of Polazi has 32 farming households, while the wider Vranovina area to which the village belongs has nearly 600 households.
