Body found near Kyiv; Was she an assassin? She was shot dead PHOTO/VIDEO
The lifeless body of a woman has been found near Kyiv. She is suspected of being linked to an attempted assassination of Ukrainian businessman Vadym Yermolayev in Monaco.
According to Ukrainian media reports, the body was found on Monday evening, and unofficial information suggests that the person died from gunshot wounds.
It should be recalled that on July 3, Interpol issued a Red Notice for Anastasia Berezovska, a 39-year-old Ukrainian citizen identified as the main suspect in an explosion in Monaco in which Ukrainian businessman Vadym Yermolayev was injured on the evening of June 29.
Interpol also released two photographs of the suspect, along with a notice stating that she has a tattoo, believed to depict a snake, on her right arm from the shoulder to the elbow.
It is stated that she was born in Ukraine, has dark hair, and speaks German.
Berezovska was last seen fleeing Monaco after allegedly attempting to kill 58-year-old businessman Vadym Yermolayev, his 46-year-old partner Anna Nasobina, and their son by detonating an explosive device.
According to some law enforcement sources, two suspects have already been detained as part of the investigation. Ukrainska Pravda claims that one of them is an active member of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR), while the other is a former law enforcement officer.
Yermolayev, who was the target of the attack, has since emerged from a coma and is recovering in a hospital in Marseille. Nasobina remains in critical condition after being transported to Pasteur Hospital in Nice on Monday evening and undergoing the amputation of both legs.
