Many Serbian citizens set off for Greece this Monday, and according to information published by the Road to Greece platform, waiting times of several hours have been recorded at some border crossings.

At the same time, heavy traffic has also been reported at the Bulgarian border. Travellers are facing waiting times of around three hours at the Gradina border crossing.

Alongside the video, the platform urged drivers to check road and border crossing conditions before setting off and to expect longer waiting times due to increased traffic during the peak summer holiday season.

 

With the start of the week and the changeover of holidaymakers, heavy traffic at the busiest border crossings is expected to continue throughout the day.
