The former world No. 1 and 2008 French Open champion was a guest of Slaven Bilić on the show "(Un)Success of Champions", where she discussed various topics, including the final period of her career.

“During the last years of my career, I experienced very severe panic attacks whenever I had to walk onto the court. I never talked about it, but the panic attacks were incredibly intense”, Ana Ivanović said.

She retired at the age of 29.

"It was not an easy step. Tennis had been my life since I was five years old. It was my first love, something I enjoyed and was very good at. I can't say that I don't miss it, but I don't regret my decision. I miss the tournaments, the competition, the adrenaline, but I am happy where I am now," Ana Ivanović added.
