Swiss President on a two-day visit to Serbia; He will be received by Vučić

President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić will host the President of the Swiss Confederation, Guy Parmelin, who will be on an official visit to Serbia on April 28 and 29, 2026.

On the first day of the visit, Tuesday, April 28, a formal welcome ceremony with military honors will be held in front of the Palace of Serbia starting at 10:00 a.m., followed by a tête-à-tête meeting between Vučić and Parmelin.

At 10:45 a.m., a plenary session of the delegations of the Republic of Serbia and the Swiss Confederation, led by the two presidents, is scheduled, while at 11:25 a.m. the signing of an agreement on the Swiss-Serbian innovation program will take place in the presence of Vučić and Parmelin.

Afterwards, statements to the media by President Aleksandar Vučić and Guy Parmelin are expected.
